Instructions

Each abstract will be evaluated by two members of the Scientific Committee. They should highlight their relevance of their contribution to one of the seminar’s research focus and be structured as follows:

  • Title
  • List of authors
  • Keywords (5 max.)
  • Contextualization of the issue and main objectives
  • Methodology used
  • Main conclusions
  • A list of five keywords

Abstracts must also comply with the following format: they must be submitted in French or English and contain between 1,000 and 1,500 words (including references).

Abstracts must be prepared using the templates that you can find below. Download the ZIP file, unzip it and you’ll find inside two templates, one in English and one in French.

If you want to submit an abstract in English, then choose the English version of the template.

If you want to submit an abstract in French, then choose the French version of the template.

IMPORTANT: It is mandatory that you will use the provided template, before submitting your paper. Only abstracts using the official template for FONCIMED 2026 will be accepted.

Submitting your Paper

All submissions will be reviewed through a fully digital peer review process by at least two referees. Submissions will be handled by an Online Submission System that has been set-up for FONCIMED 2026.
